We've extended our relationship with Realtors Property Resource to bring you yet another Realtor benefit. We've implemented changes that capitalize on the extensive database of property centric information provided by RPR. Now we can provide you with the most complete real estate data available.
You'll see the RPR integration in several places in PrimeAccess.
RPR Links
Realtors can now use Realtor only links from a listing or property in PrimeAccess to RPR's Property Detail page. You have one-click access the Summary, History, Charts & Graphs, Comps, and Refined Value tabs for any property. RPR links are prominently displayed in the Listing Detail and Property Detail in PrimeAccess so that you can't miss them.

Deed Data
In addition to RPR links, Metrolist now also pulls deed data directly from RPR to populate information for property listings and public records properties. The Deed tab of the Listing Detail and Property Detail pages is now populated with the most comprehensive records available.
RPR Access
In order to access the RPR links, you'll need to complete the RPR sign-up process and be signed in to RPR. When you sign-up, you'll need to provide your NRDS ID and last name. Be sure to select Metrolist from the available MLSs and enter your Metrolist Username.
